Booking Process

Step 1

Decide how you would like to access our services:

a) Privately - no need for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP

OR

b) via a GP referral (with a valid MHCP you are entitled to up to 10 rebated sessions per year)

Step 2

Book your session online under our ‘contact or book’ webpage or send an email enquiry if you would like to learn more.

If you have a MHCP please remember to email it to us 48 hours ahead of your session so we can process your medicare rebate on your behalf.

Step 3

We email you the links to our client portal so you can manage your bookings and track invoices.

We also email you an online client intake form. This intake form helps us ensure we are a good fit to work together and helps us prepare for the first session.

Step 4

SMS reminder

You will receive a courtesy SMS and email reminder 72 hours before your session.

Step 5

Attend your session either:

a) In-person in Cronulla Sydney

OR

b) Virtually at our online clinic (to access simply click the link we send you)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations up to 48 hours before your session are free of charge.

Late cancellations within 48 hours incur a $100 fee.

Failure to attend on the day of your session will incur a $190 fee.
